Make a new creator profile
Log in to your user account.
Click on your account image in the top right corner.
Select My Creators.
Then click Add Creator. This will open the Creator Editor menu where you can fill out the creator's personal bio and headshot.
To upload a headshot, click Choose Image, then select a photo that adheres to our image guidelines. Use zoom tool as needed. Click Save.
Add the creatorʻs full name, short name, birthday, Twitter handle, Wikipedia page, pronouns, location, and a short bio.
Click Continue to Credits to publish your profile and open the credit menu.
Add credits to a creator profile
Click Add Credits.
Type the name of a podcast or podcast episode into the search bar.
Select the podcast or episode from the options that appear.
On the next screen, click Add Role.
Then choose how this creator contributed to the podcast (editor, host, guest, voice actor, etc). For custom roles, click Other.
Enter any custom information, and then click Save Details.
Next choose which episodes the creator contributed to. Was it just one episode, all episodes, or a date range?
Click the Current box if this person is currently contributing to the podcast. This will give them credit for each new episode thatʻs released. If they ever leave the show, you can adjust the credit again.
Finally, click Save Credit.
Add credits to your claimed podcast
From your claimed podcast page - click on the "creators" tab.
If there's no existing creator, a modal will appear to add a new credit.
You can choose to add an existing creator profile or create a new creator if it's not existing yet by following the steps above.
All new credits and creator profiles are moderated by our team. It may take up to 24 hours for them to be approved. You will see your pending submissions on the creators tab of podcasts and episodes, and within the creator editor.
