Following a list will send you notifications whenever that list is updated, such as when a new podcast is added.
How can I follow a list?
To follow a list, click the red Follow button on the list page.
You can also follow lists as you browse. Click the blue Follow button in the menu that appears when you hover your mouse over a list tile.
