To access your Pro features, log into your user account. Your My Pro tab will help you keep track of all your exports.
Use Podchaser's search features to find the content you're interested in. You can find all the Pro Data in the Insights tab of a podcast page. If you don't see the data you're looking for in the Insights tab, you can send us a Pro Concierge Request and we'll get it added for you. Notes and lists can be used to help you organize content.
For more information on Pro, check out our video walkthrough.
My Pro Tab
You can access the My Pro tab from any page. Just click the My Pro tab at the top right corner of the screen. From here you can see all of your exported content, and you can download content again.
Finding content on Podchaser:
Use the search bar to search for a podcast, episode, creator, or list.
Tips for searching:
Type keyword or category into the search bar. For example, if you are looking for podcasts about knitting, you could search for "knitting"
Make sure you click on "view all results" so you can see more than the top four search results that populate below the search bar while you're typing.
Sort results by power score (popularity) to have the strongest podcasts on top
Search for podcasts that are on the rise
Add "category" "language" and other filters to narrow down your results further
A podcast's data is stored in the Insights tab
Right now we have demographics displayed for the top 500 podcasts. We can pull demographics for almost any show.
Pro Concierge Request
If any data is missing from the podcast's Insights tab, you can send our team a Pro Concierge Request, and we'll do our best to get the information added.
Notes and Lists:
You can create as many lists as you want and add podcasts or episodes to them
When you're in edit mode in your lists, you can add notes for each podcast to track status. Anyone you share the list with will see these notes.
There's a separate notes box you'll see when on the insights tab of any podcast. These notes are only visible to you. They will auto-save so you can refer back to them later
