Q: How do I create an Alert?

Q: I've reached my Alerts limit. How can I get more?

A: Click the Upgrade button on your My Alerts page. This will put you in contact with a member of our team who can help you get more Alerts.

Q: How do I delete an Alert?

A: On your My Alerts page, click the trash can icon that appears when you hover your mouse over the Alert that you want to delete.

Q: How often will I get emails about my Alerts?

A: You'll receive a daily email that shows all the podcast episodes that mention your keyword.

Q: If I subscribe to multiple Alerts, how many emails will I receive?

A: You'll get one email a day per Alert. So if you sign up for two Alerts, you'll get two emails with all of the mentions of your keyword from the day.

Q: Can I use phrases or multiple words in my Alert?

A: Yes! You can use multi-word phrases. The keyword should be at least 3 letters long. Special characters should not be used.


Please be advised that timestamp mentions in your Alert emails may not be accurate due to dynamic ad insertion.
