Adding your email address to your podcast opens up a world of possibilities on Podchaser! From sponsorship opportunities to merch deals, monetization and collaborations, adding the right email address can present all kinds of promotional opportunities for your show.

What kind of email address should I be adding?

It’s a good idea to have emails for guest bookings, advertising opportunities, or even general inquiries! Having a business email for your show, or even multiples with different functions, can be instrumental in growing your show and gaining visibility from PR agencies, podcast networks, and potential sponsors alike!

How do I add my contact email to my podcast?

  1. Log into your account and go to My Podcasts by clicking on your icon in the upper right corner and selecting "My Podcasts" from the dropdown menu.

  2. Click on the podcast you'll be adding your contact emails to under "Claimed Podcasts."

  3. Scroll down to "Podcast Contacts" and select "Add Contact."

  4. Enter the contact name, title, and email address as directed in the proper fields. Make sure to select the title from the options in the dropdown menu!

  5. Click "Add Contact" and you're all set!
