If you're encountering an error when using the API, you would need to ensure that you're using the correct API key.

Each API solution uses its own key - using the wrong key may result in failed requests or errors. Note: If you recently upgraded to a Starter API plan, ensure that you're using your Self-Serve REST API key instead of the Enterprise API key.
